Our lovely community is nestled among tall trees with spacious common grounds that match

our beautiful homes. 88 families call Country Pointe at Smithtown North their residence.

Homeowners here take pride in their community and its appearance. The Board of Managers

consists of five elected volunteers whose terms run for three years. Our operating budget and

reserves are in excellent condition, as witnessed by our required annual audit. The Board had

reserve study done in 2006 and schedules all maintenance projects in an effort to keep the

community's building and common areas in excellent condition. The grounds are beautifully

maintained, and our Landscaping Committee makes recommendations to the Board as it

oversees the property. Our common areas include two tennis courts, a clubhouse with a

residents-only gym, and a swimming pool, which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and

supervised by a lifeguard at all times. The Architectural Committee oversees maintenance

projects such as blue stone edging on driveways, driveway sealing, deck staining and building

repairs and improvements. The Social Committee plans monthly happy hours, yearly July 4th

celebrations, holiday parties and breakfasts, as well as a variety of other get-togethers.

Homes here have maintained their value, in spite of a declining market, a testament to our

marketability as a community. We are a welcoming group of people, who are invested in

adhering to our community's rules and by-laws and offering residents the opportunity to

express their individuality. Our mission is to live as a community member within our

established community life.
